In just a short time The Quirk’s Event Chicago will be kicking off at the Sheraton Grand! Our Lea Ben-Akiva, Executive Vice President of Growth and Innovation, will be in attendance at the event. This two-day gathering on March 27-28 (plus the Women in Research kick-off reception on March 26th) of client-side researchers and their vendor partners will explore all aspects of market research and insights. Lea will be jumping into the lively expo hall and catching sessions from Tyson, Kraft Heinz, Molson Coors, Johnsonville, White Claw and Kellogg's to name a few.
Networking events are the place to be at all the Quirk's shows, and Chicago is no exception. Lea, along with many other brand and vendor researchers, will start their time at the show by attending the Women in Research at a pre-show happy hour at 6:30 on March 26th. The Quirk's Event Chicago program starts Monday morning, March 27, with breakfast and then we will catch Tyson's session "Beyond the data: Influencing with intuition and storytelling" where they will explore how to "ensure you know your audience, considerations for successfully positioning data and insights, and how to best pair data and intuition to tell a holistic story." AMC Global works deeply in the beverage industry on all fronts, so next up we will be keeping our eye on the Molson Coors session about successfully reaching minority markets by utilizing market research. Throughout the day, there are sessions on snacking with Mondelēz International, collaborative partnerships with Kellogg's, and more from Molson Coors on leveraging neuroscience... so many decisions to make about what to learn!
Tuesday, March 28, also presents a full learning agenda with sessions ranging from an interesting sustainability panel with a variety of companies participating, organizational myths with Ferrara Candy Company, grocery e-commerce with Kraft Heinz, and more. The final day culminates in another happy hour.
